Are Skullcandy earbuds good?

The earbuds? Because the pair of been using for only about 3 weeks JUST went out. Argh. I can’t last without my iPod. I’ve been through 5 pairs of Apple earbuds and this one Sony pair in 6 months. So lame. I don’t like headphones either.
So is Skullcandy good quality? Do they last long?

My brother got them for his birthday they seem great. The sound quality is amazing. They are still in great condition.
I highly recommend them . . .and a big plus, they look reallly reallly cool.
