Sony Blue Ray Update Disc

One blue ray disc just won’t play?

I have Netflix and have now gotten 3 different copys of Beowolf. My Sony Blue Ray will not play this movie. It plays every other movie but that one. I have updated the firmwar by way of the Disc from Sony but now it just doesn’t read it at all. Before it used to load go to play and then shut my blue ray player off now it just says it can’t read the disc at all. I have also cleaned all 3 of the discs. I was just wondering if anyone else had, had this problem with theire Blue Ray Player.
I downloaded again and it still won’t play. It will play on my son’s playstation but not my sony Blue ray. Any other thoughts

i had the same problem with the Mummy..I loaded
the firmare it worked..During upgrading the firmware
it will open..do not take cd out..it will go back in by itself
and continue to finish..then it will open again..To
make sure its finished..do not touch for @ least a minute..Take out shut it down,then load the movie..
The new movie wanted w/Angelina Jolie ,did not want to
play until i loaded the firware…..good luck
