Sony Bluetooth Mouse

Who knows a lot about Best Buy? Help…?

Ok so a year ago I bought a Sony Vaio from Best Buy with the 2 year insurance that covers everything except spill. Well now that they came up with a newer version of the pink laptop that I got, I want it. I’ve taken it twice to get it fixed… once for hard drive problems & the second because the bluetooth stopped working & the mouse pad broke. What can I do to get the newer version laptop?
Oh yeah sorry. I’m trying to see if I can get them to replace my old one with the newer version…

Try dealing directly with Sony. Best Buy will only honour the warranty. You may have to write a letter to Sony with all the problems you’ve had as well include the service order. Sony is the only one that may be able to give you a replacement or upgrade option.
